Feeding the cold

Despite always having eaten more fruit than the government recommends and visiting the gym three or four times a week, I can’t stop catching a full-on cold every few weeks. However, this does have the positive aspect of justifying my reluctance to diet, as the New Scientist confirms you should feed a cold.

Meanwhile, my sleeping in this morning meant Katharine had to get her own breakfast. I finally surfaced to discover that Kellogg’s new K-Lock freshness system (all part of their quest for maximum freshness integrity) had roundly defeated her and she had left the cornflakes dangerously exposed.
