The Constant Gardener: Films in 50 words-ish

A film that makes you think you should have read the book because while it’s a good little thriller, its naivety leaves you thinking there must be a more subtle version somewhere. The independently wealthy heroine, whose murder begins the tale and whose story is told in flashback, uncovered her scandal too easily to be credible.
A capable 6.5 out of 10.
