Le Pont Julien

Click to see ‘Le Pont Julien’ in a variety of different sizesThis bridge, Le Pont Julien, Provence is said to date back to at least 100bc, but has only recently stopped taking road traffic.

The first thing you notice as you walk across is the now rusty metal railings much more recently installed. Placed in the middle of a raised kerb, they offer no support for the infirm nor impediment to the casual jumper.
