Eat raw spuds

All this food providence stuff has thrown up some shocks; ‘go to work on an egg’ is such unsound advice the Fay Weldon penned strapline has been banned and oven chips aren’t as bad as cheese.

But I don’t see much point in giving consumers the nutritional low down on raw potatoes, except to point out that cooking doesn’t lower the nutritional value as much as you might expect.
