After gym fish and chips

After gym fish and chips

Having spent the afternoon working out with my personal trainer, I reckon these fish and chips are well deserved. And I need the carbohydrates.

But the real shocker of the day is that fruit juice is so high in calories the British Heart Foundation recommend no more than one small glass.

I’ve been drinking loads of the stuff and am disappointed to discover that a portion of my favourite smoothie (Innocent’s pineapples, bananas and coconuts) is 172 calories, while a Cadbury’s Creme Egg is 170.

Best stick to water (from the tap, of course).

While such links are not as obvious as other forms of pay-per-click advertising, they still don’t influence views expressed. Entries labelled ‘Reader Offer’ are advertising promotions.
