Babel: films reviewed in 50 words-ish

To watch Babel is to learn that Altman took all his secrets to the grave. Instead of three stories only those of us with a God’s eye view can see are interlinked, we have three desperately thin shorts intercut for no good purpose. But the end shot would is artistically and technically impressive, if spoilt by a schmaltzy dedication.
A saddened 4 out of 10.
