Airports are impersonal places and Manchester’s terminal 1 is no different, although it’s clearly going to be about as good as you can expect once the redevelopment is complete. I suspect we’ll see a couple more chains, like Giraffe, but that’s okay. You don’t expect individualality airside.
So on to the veggie breakfast. Suprisingly simple, suprisingly well presented, suprisingly good. For me the wedges mark this out as an evening breakfast, you might not want to face them in the morning, but that’s fine.
