Contains emotionally intense scenes

Contains emotionally intense scenes

I can’t say I was planning to watch Will Smith in Seven Pounds, but anyone who is might want to think twice.

The censor, or whoever, has felt it necessary to warn film goers that it ‘contains emotionally intense scenes’.

And a good thing too; the last thing we want is cinema that puts us off our popcorn.

Yeah, I thought that at first, but on reflection isn’t it part of the sales pitch. If people see that comment it intrigues them and makes them want to see how ‘emotionally intense’ the film actually is.
Or I might just be paranoid (but that doesn’t mean they’re not after me)

Or maybe it shows how bad Will Smith’s films usually are; emotional intensity comes as a surprise.
