‘Double yellows? I’ll take the pavement’

At university I often went on lengthy pub crawls with a blind guy, amongst others. He used to strike cars parked on the pavement with his stick often doing some real damage.

Anyway. His one man campaign clearly failed. Now he’s a born again Christian.
