Films in 50 words-ish: Good Bye Lenin!

Buy it!An unremarkable exploration of the interpretation of memory and our ability to create and sustain fantasy worlds as coping mechanisms. The concept is reminiscent of ‘Whatever Happened to the Likely Lads’ (No Hiding Place, 1973), but this is not as funny.

A disappointing 3 out of 10.
