SubscribePerformance is something of a period piece, exploring its two protagonists with self-conscious experimentation. Both are moral men on their own terms, while outside the mainstream; gangster and drug addled rock star. Ultimately, they come to be defined in terms of each other – as each other’s opposite or mirror image.
